Swanson sells an extensive variety of health products. Somehow I stumbled upon their website and was amazed at all of the vitamins and dietary supplements they carry. They have just about every kind of vitamin you could want. There are so many that I couldn't pronounce the name if I wanted to. LoL

They even have products designed especially for men, women, kids, joint health, heart health, etc. They even have products for pets! With some digging, I even found non-pills health products such as Burts Bees products. I love them!

If you have a child in daycare or school, you will know how frustrating it is to have your child lose things at school. My son's elementary school used to put anything without a name on it into the lost and found in the cafeteria. Needless to say, I spent quite some time a couple years back digging through the lost and found to find my son's Hot Wheels hat and jacket that he left at school.

If only I'd had them labelled, then I wouldn't have had to go through all that. Kid's name labels are becoming more and more popular and I am a big fan.

My new favorite thing is Scentsy. They sell scented candles, with over 80 scents available. They also sell different styles of warmers to melt the candles in.

I have tried it before and fell in love with the scents but never really "get around" to ordering more. I recently got the opportunity to try out a full size warmer and scentsy bar. Needless to say, I was beyond thrilled. The full-size warmer that I chose was the Boleyn style warmer. Isn't it gorgeous? I absolutely love it and am so excited that I have it. The Scentsy bar that I chose was the Ocean scent and it was a very clean scent like fresh laundry. It was refreshing to have that wafting through my home.

0 Trying to be a good person...

I feel the need to vent a little bit this morning.

I just went up to my newspaper box where I bought 4 papers for coupons. As I was there, an elderly couple pulled up so I walked over with my papers and offered to give them my papers(minus coupons) to them because the only reason I bought them was for coupons. The little old lady got a nasty look on her face and said "so, you bought them all?" ....to which I answered that there were plenty in the box and that I just bought 4 of them for the coupons and they were welcome to have my papers. They sped off with disgust on their faces like I had done something wrong.

I don't know if they think that I did buy all the papers or what, but the whole situation left me confused and insulted. I was just trying to be nice and save them from having to pay for their newspaper.

I went back and left the newspapers minus coupons on the box with a note for anyone that may want them. If they are still there later, I'll grab them and recycle.

Especially with the holiday season, I'm trying to make it a point to be more helpful and to be a good person but it's very difficult when stuff like this happens. My chin is up though, maybe someone else will want my help.

I am a Florida girl so the first sign of cold, I am cowering under a blanket. This morning it was in the 40's, which for me is freezing. I don't know about you but I rarely run my heat. Throughout the year, we keep the house at 72 degrees, which leaves me chilly most of the time. I walk around with a jacket, and slippers while in the house.

  My opinion: I love it!
At this very moment, I have my feet on it while writing this review. I am toasty warm and don't know how I have never owned one of these! It has a long cord and an on/off switch. With the exception of the cord sticking out of it, it looks like a regular floor mat that you'd put in your bathroom or inner doorway.

Here's a cute stocking stuffer idea. I've recently been introduced to Foldin' Money. They sell kits that show you how to make origami designs from money. They have 13 different designs to choose from.

I remember making origami as a kid and used to have so much fun doing it. I remember being so proud that I could make a Tshirt all by myself. Then me and my friends traded notes back and forth in the shape of Tshirts.

When I contacted Foldin' Money, they graciously sent me the Star Template design kit for me to try out. The instructions are detailed and they even included templates printed on a sturdy paper that you cut out to use in the process. I followed the directions carefully and after the first time trying it, was able to do it without the cutout template.

These would make great ornaments or as an accent in a gift basket. I love to give baskets for Christmas, so that's the first place my mind went. You could include the whole kit in a stocking for the kids to do themselves or use the kits to learn how to fold the money yourself and leave folded money in their stocking. Either way, the kids would love it, at least I know mine would. They are 7 and 11 years old.
